The Lylint Corporation began in 1937 producing kitchen utensils. The name is a combination of their founders (Bernard and Rahnar Klint and David Nybery) last names. They were originality incorporated as the "Nylint Tool and Manufacturing. They started toy production in 1945 and ended in 2001 when they filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection.
