Hummel figurines are a series of porcelain figurines based on the drawings of Maria Innocentia Hummel. Her sketch art began to appear in Germany and Switzerland in the 1930s. Franz Goebel acquired the rights to turn Hummel's drawings into figures with the first line in 1935.
